A. Information Provided by Couples
This includes details shared when ordering or customizing templates: names of the couple, family details, event descriptions, ceremony locations/addresses, dates and times, photos, background videos, music choices, and contact information (phone number, email address).
B. Information Submitted by Guests (RSVP Data)
When guests RSVP on a couple's wedding website, we collect their: Name, phone number, attendance status (Attending / Unsure), guest count, dietary preferences, and personal congratulatory wishes/messages.
3. How We Use the Information
We process the collected data for the following specific purposes:
- To build, host, and publish your custom-designed interactive wedding invitation.
- To store and securely present RSVP lists to the hosting couple for event planning and logistics.
- To facilitate guest de-duplication so that couples have clean, accurate headcount data.

- We strictly **NEVER sell, trade, rent, or lease** any personal couple or guest information to advertising agencies or third-party marketing services.
4. Guest RSVP Privacy & Access
Guest RSVPs are treated with strict confidentiality. All RSVP answers, phone numbers, and congratulations left by your guests on your wedding website are accessible **only by the hosting couple**.
Guests who register their information will not be contacted by DreamsInvite for advertising or marketing. Guest information is collected purely on behalf of, and for the sole utility of, the couple hosting the event.

By default, active interactive invitation websites are kept online indefinitely (or for the duration specified in your package) so you can cherish and revisit your beautiful digital memories.
**Your Right to Delete**: We fully respect your right to control your personal data.
